Perinatal Cores
Nurturing confidence for the emotional growth and thriving of future generations.
Among the solutions offered are family planning, parental guidance, and perinatal and postnatal cores.

Family
Planning
Family planning is focused on emotional assistance for individuals and couples, offering emotional support, facilitated communication and guidance during the decision-making process to have children or not.
As this planning stage can be challenging and full of intense emotions, we offer a safe space for individuals and couples to express their feelings, fears and anxieties related to this stage of life.
Family planning decisions often involve multiple people with different perspectives, so we believe that developing improved communication between partners or family members promotes understanding and empathy, especially when there are differing opinions or expectations about options at that time.
Cultural, religious and personal values are important pillars of influence at this stage and will be treated with welcome and care to help the family overcome any conflicts that may arise due to different points of view.
There are many variables involved in family planning, such as cases of infertility or reproductive challenges, preparation for parenthood, in addition to abrupt changes involved in this context.
Parental
Guidance
Each family is unique, and based on this perspective of family diversity, the Parental Guidance (PG) Program aims to welcome and provide knowledge and cognitive practices based on child psychological development, positive discipline, and neurosciences to face conflicts and difficulties that are quite common in parenting.
The objective of PG is to help parents think, reflect and find themselves on the path they have to follow with their children during all stages of life.
Sustaining the pillar of changes that parenthood brings is challenging, and here you will find the necessary support so that family dynamics can be helped from two perspectives: promotion of mental health, healthy development, and prevention of psycho-emotional and behavioral problems.
Perinatal Core
and Postnatal
The perinatal and postnatal are periods of great emotional and physical transformations in the lives of pregnant people and their partners. And just like other moments of transformation in our lives, they also demand psychological support, care and affection.
Research shows that anxiety, anguish and depression are common during this period. Furthermore, some factors may contribute to the need for psychotherapy: an unplanned pregnancy, pregnancy loss, difficulties in accepting the pregnancy, difficulties in getting pregnant, fear of childbirth, fear of postpartum, and death of family members are some examples.
